Front Desk Directions

At your arrival for registration, present this confirmation directly at the reception desk of the Château Beauvallon.

We are open year round 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

We are located at 6385 Montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant, Qc, J8E 1S5.

If you are using a GPS or google map, you must enter exactly the text (no more, no less) 6385, Montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant.
Anything else may send you to the wrong place.

Take exit 119, Montée Ryan, off Route 117 North. Turn right at the traffic light onto Montée Ryan. We are located at 6385 Montée Ryan, 1 km passed the first roundabout. The Chateau Beauvallon hotel entrance is on your left.

Personal Information, Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Your credit card statement will show the charges coming from Club Lespri.

Rental Age Restriction

Lead Guest must be least 25 years old and be present during the whole length of stay. IDs requested at the time of Check-in.

Security Deposit

  • $1000 for a one bedroom is required and $500 per additional bedroom (A security deposit is required for each condo).
  • The guest accepts the responsibility for any damage resulting but not limited to: any missing inventory, telephone charges, damages to the property, unauthorized presence of pets, lost keys, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable neighborhood annoyances (including any complaint resulting from any noise or other disturbance) and contraventions of any rules and regulations of the property, and any other charges required to return the condo to its original state.
  • The guest authorizes Residences Tremblant to charge the costs of any damage, any incidentals and any applicable fees due to non-observance of policies, to the credit card on file.

Payment Policy

  • Visa and MasterCard only
  • A deposit of the first night plus taxes is charged at the time of booking and full payment of any activities (lift tickets, spa etc... if you reserved some) is due upon booking.
  • Please see the summary table for the balance of the payment schedule.
  • There is no refund if the customer cancels part of or the whole reservation during their stay.

Change of Unit and Modifications:

  • For a change of unit, the same cancellation and modification policy applies
  • No shows are regarded as a cancellation and the property will retain the original deposit and processing fee.

Maximum occupancy:

Guests should notified Residences Tremblant of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. Residences Tremblant reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. A $ 200.00 penalty fee per guest per day will be applied if the number of guests exceeds the unit's maximum occupancy (adults + children).

Limit of Liability

Residences Tremblant acts as rental manager for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Residences Tremblant reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent property at its discretion, if the condo reserved becomes unavailable. This transfer can be done without notice. Residences Tremblant cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, common area hot tub / pool, ski in / ski out trail and ski slopes, or any other unforeseen situation outside of Residences Tremblant’s control.


No Pets Allowed - A $500 fine applies if evidence of the presence of a pet is found


All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $500.00.

Baby Equipment Rental

High chairs, cribs, playpens, and other baby equipment are available through a service called Baby rendez-vous. They can be reached at 514-667-5883 or by visiting their website at

Check-In and Check-Out Times

  • Check-in starts at 5:00pm. Please advise the front desk if you plan on arriving after 11pm.
  • Check-out is 11:00am. Fees may apply for non pre-authorized late departure

Return keys upon departure:

Keys must be deposited at the front desk upon check-out. A charge of $50 minimum and $500 maximum per set of keys will be applied for any key not returned.


Taxes applied are: 5% TPS (GST); 9.5% TVQ (QST); and the Tremblant Resort Association Royalty tax of 3% (the royalty tax of 3% only applies to on-site locations; off-site locations room charge includes a lodging tax of $2 per overnight stay).


A full cleaning service is included with any stay of 8 days and more. Additional cleaning services are also available and may be purchased for an additional fee. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.

Starter Kit

A starter kit of basic supplies is provided to accommodate guests at the beginning of their stay. These products are not replenished during the stay, but additional products are available for purchase.

The Starter Kit consists of:

  • 1 Bottle of dishwashing soap
  • 1 Bottle of dishwasher soap
  • 1 Bar of soap per bathroom - 2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • 2 White garbage bags - 2 Black garbage bags
  • 1 Small box of laundry detergent
  • 1 coffee and tea kit for your first morning - Coffee filters are always provided
  • 1 Set of towels per person, (includes 1 face cloth, 1 hand cloth, and 1 large towel)
  • 1 Hide-a-bed kit for all units that have a pullout couch.
    Please note that all units with a pullout couch have 2 pillows and an extra blanket in one of the unit closets. All pullout couches are mainly for children usage.
  • 2 Artificial logs per stay (winter only)

    2 artificial logs are provided in each condo for the fireplace during your stay for the winter season. Additional logs are available at the front desk for a fee or you can bring natural wood or purchase it at local stores in the Tremblant area.

    The usage of the fireplace is the responsibility of the guest. Fireplaces should not be left without surveillance.

    Fireplaces in all complexes are not in use for the summer season starting Mid April to Mid October (Canadian Thanksgiving)

Availability Dates for BBQs:

  • April 7th, to October 31st with the exception of Equinoxe 142-1, which is open year round
  • All units are equipped with a BBQ except for the Studios at Le Plateau and the Condos at La Chouette complex.

Availability dates for swimming pools: :

  • June 21 to September 3, 2012
  • The schedule can change following weather and maintenance program.
  • Residences Tremblant declines any responsibility for the pool and spa schedule operation


  • Each condo has parking space
  • Residences Tremblant declined any responsibility for towed car fees due to the guest not respecting the rules. (Valid parking permits and numbered unit space)
